The Digital Public Interest Collective and the Gender, Equity, Media, and Society (GEMS) Research Lab will be hosting 2 collaborative workshops focused on building bystander intervention capacity in digital environments in November, 2026.

The goal of these workshops is to bring together community practitioners, advocates, educators, and academic researchers to co-develop practical, evidence-informed toolkit resources that support safer online communities across Canada via bystander intervention strategies.
